How Far in Advance Should I Book Your Services?
For full event design and day-of coordination, we recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance to ensure your event is planned to perfection. However, for simpler services or rentals, we can often accommodate bookings with just one month’s notice. Contact us to check our availability and discuss your needs.

Why Do I Need a Coordinator?
A day-of coordinator ensures that all your planning comes together smoothly on the wedding day. They manage the timeline, oversee vendor arrivals and setup, and troubleshoot any last-minute issues. This is perfect for couples who have done most of the planning themselves but want a professional to manage the execution so they can relax and enjoy their day.
What Areas Do You Serve?
Our in-person services are primarily available throughout the state of Michigan, including Northern Michigan, Traverse City, Grand Rapids, Detroit, and surrounding areas. For clients outside of Michigan, we offer virtual event planning and design services via video calls, phone consultations, and email support, with optional travel for key planning moments or the event day (additional fees apply). We've also expanded to Tampa and Orlando, FL for in person planner, day of coordinator, and decorate & teardown services (travel fees apply).
